Yoruba Community Association (YCA) is a charitable non-profit organization with the sole objective of advancing Yoruba culture and heritage in Canada. As part of this objective, YCA is committed to developing family enrichment programs, establishing and operating a community center in the municipality of metropolitan Toronto and promoting Yoruba language under the International Heritage Language Program in Canada Public Schools.

YCA encourages the interchange of ideas among Nigerians and continues to cooperate with other Nigerian ethnic organizations in Canada.

For our community to be able to place itself in history, we as a group of people must be able to have a solid foundation in the society where we live. As a part of this vision, a Yoruba Cultural Center must become a reality.

At this point we are appealing to all Yoruba sons and daughters in Canada and beyond to contribute generously towards this project.

Yesterday is the past, tomorrow is the future,
but today is a gift.
Whatever we do today will become our legacy.
Let's join hands together to build a better tomorrow we can all be proud of.
